Payment Management: How do I find information about the borrower's payment account?

On Happy Mango, the standard process requires that borrowers provide the details of the bank account they plan to use for making loan payments before signing closing documents.   The routing and account numbers are stored on the system and can be retrieved by an institution user in one of two ways: 

1. Downloadable Reports for Loans that Do Not Use Smart ACH

You can download the account and routing number for all the payment sources linked to loans made on Happy Mango that do not use Smart ACH as the payment method.  This document is generated once a month at the end of the month.  

2. Payment Source Tab on Loan Payment Schedule Page

Regardless whether a loan is using Smart ACH, you can find its payment source information on the Payment Source tab on the Loan Payment Schedule page.  

In addition to the Routing and Account Number, the following information is provided:

• Source indicates how the account was added on Happy Mango: Plaid (through online banking) or Manual (through manual input). 
• Status indicates if this payment account is currently used for making automatic ACH for this loan (Enabled) or not (Disabled).
