Below we discuss the main activities that a financial coach performs on Happy Mango to the benefit of the financial product provider and its customers. Refer Eligible Customers
Select "System Settings" from the top right drop down menu, click on "Products" tab, and add a new or select an active product, you will find a section on "Partnership".
In this section, you can select from Happy Mango's registered financial coaching organizations those that have partnered with you on this product. Once your selection is saved, the selected organizations along with all their registered counselors will automatically appear on Step 2 of your customer's online application. Your customer applicant can then select the counselor or coach who recommended this product to him. The referral data is tracked on Happy Mango in Real Time and can be viewed on the "Reports Charts" page from the top right drop down menu.
Provide Customers Verification
Financial counselors and coaches can also involve in the application process by providing required verification on the applicants. For example, if the applicant to a particular product is required to have completed certain financial education or meet certain economic or social requirements, the counselor can provide an online verification that is automatically created and sent to the counselor via email with a secure link. Information collected through the online verification is permanently saved as part of the application package and is displayed in the underwriting process.
Assist Customer Before, During, and After the Application Process
A registered financial counselor on Happy Mango can gain view access to a customer's application status and financial condition as long as the customer gives the financial counselor permission. Below is a screen shot from the counselor's portal.
Access to such information helps the counselors help their clients more effectively and efficiently. The counselor can identify a potential delay or issue with the application. With knowledge and familiarity with the product, the counselor can help the client complete an application and make payments on time after a loan has been closed.
