If you are able to log into your Happy Mango institution account, your organization already has a name registered on Happy Mango. The next step is to add important details about your organization and customize the webpages on your customers' interface with your own branding elements. If you have all the information on hand, this process should take you no more than a few minutes.
1. Select "System Settings" page from the top right drop down menu
2. Select "Institution " tab
3. Enter information about your organization on the "Institution Profile" tab. The information on this page will be used to create your organization's accounts at the third party API providers for payments, e-signature, etc. These services will not be available until this page is completed with accurate information.
4. Enter your customer service representatives' contact info on the next "Customer Contact" tab. This information will be displayed prominently on web pages where your customers will learn about your products and apply for your products.
5. Enter your organization's logos on the next "Logos" tab. Be prepared to provide one logo that fits into a square space and another one that fits into a rectangular space. These logos will be inserted on system generated legal documents and throughout the webpages on your customers' user interface. We recommend to use HD images.
6. Insert your own welcome message on your customer's Sign Up page. On the "Welcome Page" tab, you will find your organization's unique URLs on Happy Mango. Please copy and embed these URLs on your own websites or digital marketing material. Here you can customize the text to be displayed on your customers' Sign Up and Sign In page.
