The newly created dashboard page is the default landing page after sign in. This page includes three sections to help a user quickly get what they are looking for:
I. Activity Summary - Left
This section summarizes the key metrics on customer, staff, and payment activities. The statistics can be viewed in the following different time slices:
Yesterday
Month to Date
Last Month
Year to Date
Last Calendar Year
More historical data are stored and downloadable on the "Reports" page.
In addition, each metric is hyperlinked to the related page with further details.
II. Tasks for Application and Loan Management - Top
This section highlights the key tasks that the loan officers are expected to complete. They are separated into two groups. The top section includes 6 tasks related to Application Review. The lower section incudes 3 tasks that a loan manager is expected to complete.
Each rectangle shows the number of items pending that task. Clicking the hyperlinked header in each rectangle opens up the related page where the task will be completed.
III. Quick Search on an Application, Loan, or Customer - Bottom
The Quick Search function helps the user quickly locate the customer, application, or loan of interest based whatever information the user has. For example, one can search for a customer based on the Loan Number of one of that customer's loans; or an application's email (or a fraction of it) can be used to search for the loan and application related to that customer.
Once the search is completed, clicking on the App #, Loan # or Customer # will lead to further details on the item searched.
