The "Under Review - Ready for Screening" page is an optional step in the application process. Lending officers may decide to include this step for the following reasons:
Certain requirements outside of credit underwriting need to be documented
Some required documents related to application not uploaded by the applicant need to be added before underwriting initiates
The purpose of this step is to ensure the completeness of the application package before it is sent to the loan officer for underwriting. This step can be skipped through the process settings on the Product Settings page.

1. Document Lending Requirements
Clicking on the hyperlinked App # on "Under Review - Ready for Screening" page will open up the individual application page. Then find the blue "INITIATE" button on the bottom right of the page.
Clicking on the "INITIATE" button opens a pop-up window. The content on this pop-up window can be customized on the Product Settings page and is used for documenting notes and information that are important for the lending decision.
Once the documentation is completed, clicking the "INITIATE" button on the pop-up will forward the application to the next step in the review process: Under Review - Ready for Underwriting
2. Add Documents to the Application
Clicking on the hyperlinked App # will display the "Uploaded Documents" window in the individual application page by default. New files can be uploaded and will stay in this window through the remaining steps of the review process.
This function is also available on the pop-up window after clicking on "INITIATE".
