System Settings: How do I set up automated alerts for application status changes?

You can set up automated alert to coordinate team members managing different stages of the application workflow.  Only institution admin account user can access this setting. 

1. Select "System Settings" from top right drop down menu
2. Select "Alerts" page
3. Check the team member who should receive notification at each transition point of the workflow.  All your team members' Happy Mango login email addresses are listed.  You can select multiple team member to receive notification. 
   
   

Your team members will receive a system generated email notification when an application changes its status.
