An application typically is moved through the following pages in sequential order: New, To Initiate Review, To Finalized Review (if needed), To Notify Applicants, then onto one of the following pages based on decision: Approved, Countered, Pre-Approved, Declined. There are times when an application needs to be moved back to fix an error or change an input. In such cases, you can use the "Move" function from the top right drop down menu to transfer an application upstream in the workflow.
1. Click on "Move" from the top right dropdown menu
2. Enter the Application ID.
3. After the current location of this application is presented in the "Move An Application From" window, you can select the destination page for this application in the "Move An Application To" window.
This process would work even for applications for which closing documents have already been signed by the applicants. In such case, a new closing document will be generated to replace the previously signed one. The applicant will be notified to sign again.
